The Mendl Festival 2019 - A homage to music and singing with actor Michael Mendl in Zeitz

Beat Toniolo organized the Mendl Festival in Zeitz in 2019. Several events were held with the actor Michael Mendl and other artists at various venues in Zeitz. The concert with reading entitled >A Homage to Music and Song< was recorded in this series of events. The video recording and video production took place with 7 cameras in 4K/UHD. Ambitious despite limited financial possibilities?

These two things are usually incompatible. Düsseldorf Medien TV Videoproduktion is the exception to the rule. The cameras we use are modern models with large, latest-generation 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Difficult lighting conditions are no obstacle to first-class image quality. Cameras can be controlled remotely through the use of programmable motorized pan-tilts, reducing costs by minimizing manpower.

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Düsseldorf Medien TV Videoproduktion. We use cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. Düsseldorf Medien TV Videoproduktion offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.
Video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings ...

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. We use cameras that are remote controlled. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.
TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

A wealth of experience has grown from many years as a video journalist. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.
Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on the assignment, several cameras are also used for interviews, discussion events and roundtables. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. In any case, more than two cameras are required when it comes to video recording of interviews and conversations with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.
Editing of video and audio material

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. The next step after video recording is video cutting or video editing. An important part of editing video material is adjusting and mixing the soundtracks or audio tracks. If additional text and image material is to be integrated, this is not a problem. Logos and blurbs can also be designed and integrated. Video material from your own or other sources can be easily integrated. It is also possible to edit, mix and master the audio tracks of concert recordings.
Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

Düsseldorf Medien TV Videoproduktion offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
