Mendl Festival - A homage to music and singing

The cultural worker Beat Toniolo was the organizer of the Mendl Festival in Zeitz in 2019. Several events were held at different venues in Zeitz with the actor Michael Mendl. The reading and concert with the title >A Homage to Music and Song< was recorded in this series of events. The video recording and production took place with 7 cameras in UHD/4K. Small financial means, but big goals?

Usually you need to focus on one or the other. Düsseldorf Medien TV Videoproduktion is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. We use modern cameras with large, latest-generation 1-inch image sensors of the same type. In difficult lighting conditions, first-class image quality is ensured. The cameras can be controlled remotely through the use of programmable motorized pan-tilts, reducing manpower and enabling cost savings.

Multi-camera video production (parallel recording with multiple cameras)

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Düsseldorf Medien TV Videoproduktion. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, Düsseldorf Medien TV Videoproduktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. The multi-camera video recording makes it possible to record the different areas of the performance from different perspectives. Remote controlled cameras are used. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.
Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.
Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.
Video editing, video cutting, audio editing

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. An important part of editing video material is adjusting and mixing the soundtracks or audio tracks. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.
Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

Düsseldorf Medien TV Videoproduktion is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. In contrast to other storage media, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs have unbeatable advantages. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. The advantage of Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs is that they do not contain any electronic components. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
