Mendl Festival - A homage to music and singing

Beat Toniolo organized the Mendl Festival in Zeitz in 2019. Several events were held with the actor Michael Mendl and other artists at various venues in Zeitz. The concert with reading entitled >A Homage to Music and Song< was recorded in this series of events. The video recording and production took place with 7 cameras in UHD/4K. High goals, but only a small budget - a big challenge?

These two things are usually incompatible. Düsseldorf Medien TV Videoproduktion is the exception to the rule. The cameras we use are modern models of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Difficult lighting conditions are no obstacle to first-class image quality. Cameras can be controlled remotely through the use of programmable motorized pan-tilts, reducing costs by minimizing manpower.

Düsseldorf Medien TV Videoproduktion is your partner when it comes to multi-camera recordings and video production. Several cameras of the same type are used. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video material is cut on high-performance computers. Düsseldorf Medien TV Videoproduktion offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.
Video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings ...

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. Remote-controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.
TV and video reports for radio, streaming and the internet

A wealth of experience has grown from many years as a video journalist. Over the years, several hundred video reports and TV features have been researched, filmed, edited and broadcast on television. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.

We also use multiple cameras to record interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. When it comes to interview or conversation situations in which several people take part, we naturally rely on the proven multi-camera method. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.
Editing of video and audio material

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. Video material from your own or other sources can be easily integrated. It is also possible to edit, mix and master the audio tracks of concert recordings.
Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. Hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards don't last forever. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
