Professional cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. Düsseldorf Medien TV Videoproduktion already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method.
Only through multi-camera video production is it possible to record many areas of the event simultaneously in image and sound. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled in a variety of ways from just one central point. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.

For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

The next step after video recording is video cutting or video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time.
